For over ten years, I have led the vision and content strategy for best-in-class training programs, including onboarding, performance management, and leadership development, that engage learners and drive business impact. I’ve worked in distributed L&D departments on Customer Success and Sales Enablement teams for large organizations in the United States and Japan. I have an M.S. in Education and a Professional Certification in eLearning & Instructional Design.
